Digit Support : LOL
There was a service provided by Thinkdigit magazine called Digit Patron in which we get a code on each issue, the code can submited to the website which comes as points with which we can buy some stuffs provided by ThinkDigit Magazine.
Well, recently they decided to stop the service for some reason and I was notified to redeem the points before 15′th of Dec. I tried logging in / tried forgot password but it said my mail ID does not exist !
So I tried contacting the support, here is my first mail …
Hi,
I recently recieved a mail from digit stating that Digit patron is going to be closed and points need to be redeemed before 15`th, Now when I tried .. I cannot login and when I tried the forgot password, then it said the mail ID does not exist ! What happened ? Please reply ASAP .

I got a reply from their machine ..
We have received your query and will respond to you soon. Since we get more than 200 mails per day, our team will not be able to answer your query immediately.
Ofcourse not immediately but after 6 days I got this mail …
Dear Sir,
Your login id for DIGIT PATRON is working properly and there is no login problem. Please try entering the same from your side and incase you face the same problem do mail us the same.

Now the funny part is I did not mentioned my mail ID nor did the mail ID from which I sent was registered to them. So how come they knew my ID is working properly ?
I mailed them right after that but did not recieve any mail till now :/ , ofcourse by the time I recieve their mail the redeeming period will be over as deadline is now 22′nd .. that is tomorrow.
No reply = No Points = No Gifts = Digit Sucks

another hilarious example of their overzealous customer support department. it’s not the same old digit as it used to be.
even i got to know about the digit patron changes some days prior to 15th of december only. let’s see if they actually send me a gift from the points that i redeemed.

Well, its like this you sent an email to them and probably they would have queried their database with your email ID (from which you sent email) and confirmed you that it does exist.

Oh what the hell are you complaining about. The gifts suck anyway, I wouldn’t want them if they specially made an account for me and loaded it with patron points….and by the way things are going with their service, I wouldn’t be surprised if that happens…
btw, sr-ultimate, the press me thing instead of submit is crazy! Every time I go to submit, I crack up…

LMFAO!! dumb digit ppl.. last year I had some points and redeemed it. Trust me it is over a year and i have got nothing from them neither I am expecting anything.. Digit sucks!!
