Say if we select 1 hour pulse and if system hangs after 5 minutes of login, whole amount will be detected from our membership balance which we will not get back. We need a more appropriate term for that!! :P Well compared to Sify atleast I found a excellent Cafe here... 17" Flat Monitors, 512MB RAM, Windows XP, Latest Firefox, Skype pre installed, WebCamera, Headphones and you can found any messenger you think of installed already!! And on top of that charges just Rs 10/hour!!!!!! Ofcourse ID verification is a standard feature here! Only glitch...only 6 terminals...with that investment...I can adjust to it!
