http://faayda.com does the same thing in a much better way. They have RSS and alerts so that job hunters can get jobs from various job website right to their inbox.

IndiaJobPlace.com is very similar ..

IndiaJobplace.com searches jobs posted on major India Job Portals and newspapers (jobs from Naukri.com, MonsterIndia.com, CareerBuilder India, PlacementIndia.com, CyberMediaDice.com, TimesJobs.com to name few are included) with one click search!

Competition always brings the best possible solutions. It’s good to see more competition in the job search space. I stumbled over gladoo.com a job aggregator with very catchy user interface. They are talking about offering a comprehensive career solution and seem to be right on track. The site already offers a lot of tools around job/career search.

Indian job seekers need not worry now. There are bunch of companies out there that are worried about offering that “dream job”.

dont sites like these pose a competition to the regular Job sites..as in y wud i want to register with a Naukri or monster if i cud get all the job listings at just one particular site..
