No, its not a movie review. Yesterday, I was discussing this with few of my friends and had good a laugh. I even helped one of em to make a list of questions to ask today, as she’s doing theaters and wanted to study the expressions of the people when they answer them.
Do you actually believe it ?
Would you drive/ride or prefer a chauffeured vehicle ?
Would you pass this superstitious belief to your child ?
Would you do any dangerous, accident prone jobs, like something involving a sharp knife or a heavy object.
Will you buy something on 13 ?
Will you pray more on 13 ?
Will withdraw money on 13th ?
Well, the questions are pretty lame. But the point was to study the expression.
Now, I didnt post this because its of any use, its about this tragic event that occurred today, A Plane Crashes Into House Near Buffalo and kills 49 ! NYtimes » .
A fire broke out within a radius of four to five metre near the tarmac shortly after an Air India IC409 flight from New Delhi . Hindu News »
Sixteen dead in India train accident, AFP
So do you think the day has anything to do with it ? :/
Edit : Well, I thought over it, and I think it was pretty lame to list out these as there are enough tragedies happening every other day.
You must realise that its the 13th only today (for about 7-8 hours) in N.America, and that crash probably happened on the 12th and appeared on the print edition of the newspaper on the 13th… (as taken from the website)
So, there you go, one more evidence that the date does not matter… although it still is a tragedy even though it happened on the 12th…
yeah, as I added later, if you count the accidents in other days, its nothing
