Got listed in Google !
This domain Sreejith.NET had trouble getting listed in Google from last few months. I think someone had registred this domain few years back and might have got banned and dropped this domain. I had reffered many SEO sites and forums on this issue, did this and that with no luck. At last I just sent a mail to Google Support and 3 days later I recieved a mail that the issue has been transffered to Technical department. Today , just after 2 days, thanks to them its listed fourth for my name “Sreejith” 
. Ofcourse first result is also my other site .
Now, do you see those guys links, the third and the fourth results ? they are there just because of the domain’s csa.iisc.ernet.in and iwr.uni-heidelberg.de 
.Just because the domains are of educational institution the are given higher priority. I am into SEO last 2 years and suddenly 2 persons appear out of nowhere and get listed in the 1′st position 
.
But one thing, Google guys do read our mails .

Maybe that’s the reason PR of this site is still zero whereas your other site has a PR 5.

Yeah they really helped once i had asked something about the adsense and i got reply very fast and they did help me fully throughout the problem

Are you sure about the background problem? Was it the case of an abandoned website ? (i dont think Sreejith is such a great URL or domain.)
I think it was part of Sandbox effect?
I dont think people will use Sreejith as search keyword just to reach your site.
Anyway I am interested in Google’s reply to your mail. Has you got something like that?

Prince, Sandbox is something you refer when your website does not appear for a certain keyword .
And I create atleast one new website in a month and the max time google and other search engines take is a week. Sreejith.net was probably banned I can say that because I had checked the archives and found that this domain previously exisited. I know Sreejith is not a keyword usually people would search. But how cool would be to tell your friends and family members to “search any search engine and first result would be my site ”
I had a look at your blog, and would like to disagree at few points.
I did not know that “delay in listing” falls under sandbox :/ . Well this is what I know about Sandbox..
“A sandboxed site does not receive good rankings for its most important keywords and keyword phrases. Even with good content, abundant incoming links and strong Google PageRank” via SEOchat.
